Houston Astros Notes

Last season the Houston Astros won their second consecutive A.L. West crown.

That was followed by 4 straight post-season wins, first a three game sweep of the Cleveland Indians in a division series and then an opening game win at Boston vs the Red Sox in the ALCS.

However, en route to the title, the Red Sox won the last four games denying a Houston repeat, as either World or American League champions.

This season? Of course nobody knows for sure, however, the Astros are top heavy favorites to at least, win another A.L. West crown.
