Rosen means the underdog, in this case the Giants, plus three.

Dallas will try harder than the NFC top seed Philadelphia Eagles.

Dallas minus two and a fraction, wins (21-16).

Underdogs have been very good in Sam Rosen games this season. Whatever (W)works, was not that a movie?!
